In 2002, I began my career coaching boys high school jv volleyball in Bucks County, PA. In 2006 I moved to Houston, TX and began studying in the martial arts forms of Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Although my passion is in martial arts and self defense, I also have a much enthusiasm for helping others achieve their fitness goals to live a healthier life.
Based on the quickly growing fitness industry and all the new directions of focus that someone like myself can go, I've decided to go back to school and am currently finishing up my Bachelor in Kinesiology at Temple University in Philadelphia. I also plan to continue on to complete a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
