I have over 10 years experience in group fitness and personal training. Most of my personal clients come to me to lose weight and manage chronic pain. I never stop learning the newest science behind exercise and am currently pursuing my Kinesiology degree at NIU. I have a Personal Trainer Certification through ACE, and a specialty Certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through ACE and The Bio Mechanics Method. I am currently a co-owner of V Fusion Studio in Geneva, IL which is a Barre and Suspension Training Group Fitness studio. I love helping and empowering people to new levels of fitness and health.
