Living a healthy lifestyle has benefited my body and mind, the past 20 years of strength training and cardiovascular activities has kept my body healthy and fit. My experience in strength training and using my knowledge to assist others in thier goals of losing weight and achieving a strong body. A combination of strength training and proper nutrition are two key factors in successfull weight management. Cardiovascular health is an important factor in prolonging your lifespan, a healthy heart pumps blood efficiently throughout the body providing oxygen and nutrients needed by body tissues. My experience in studing the human body anatomy and physiology helps me understand how the body works, correct posture, varation and rep speed are key components in strength traning. Keeping the workouts fun for clients and achieving short term goals is key for success, helping the client understand the inital stage, progressive stage, and the maintience stage if fitness.
