I am Stefanie and I work at my local YMCA. I graduated from Western Washington University in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science/Sport Psychology. I have been a certified personal trainer for 2 years and have enjoyed every minute of it! I love to exercise and stay fit and it is a passion of mine to help others out so they are able to stay fit and healthy as well! It is very important to feel good about yourself and exercising is a great way to acheive that. I am an encyclopedia of exercises and workouts and every training I have with a client is always different. My passion is to stay fit and healthy and I just want to pass it along to others!
