I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer. I have helped many clients meet and even surpass most of their fitness goals. I have a strong passion for weight loss & healthy living as well as sport specific training. I also have a certification as a kickboxing instructor. I have spent most of my life in the athletic and fitness world. I have participated in organized sports for the last 16 years. In that time I have been fortunate enough to play 5 years of Professional Indoor Football. Two of those years I helped run the strength & condition program. I have truly committed my life to fitness. In October 2009 I will competed in the Chicago Urbanathalon. This is a grueling 11.75 run with obsticals along the ways. In December of 2010 I ran a half-marathon (13.1 miles) on behalf of the Crohns & Colitis Foundation of America.
