Lauren Eskenazi is ACE certified with an additional certification in Silver Sneakers (certified to train the over 65 crowd). Lauren has been an athlete all her life. As a runner and soccer player she learned the value of physical fitness and training to excel in sports and compete effectively. She also discovered that physical training and the right fitness program develop self-confidence and discipline, invaluable keys to a healthy and productive life. Lauren is a licensed clinical social worker and CASAC. She believes that mental health and physical health are inexorably linked.
