Having been a gym buff all my life, I could not understand why the usual routines were not keeping off the weight. It was then that I decided to hire a personal trainer. The influence my trainer had in my life was pivotal. He was a coach, a mentor, a motivator, and made me see that fitness could be a way of life. Inspired by his influence on me, I began to train more than one year ago. With more than 400 hours of personal training now under my belt, it's truly become a passion, not just a job. I want fitness to be non-intimidating, fun, motivating, and accessible. I fully understand the constraints of time, and stress that New York City residents experience just trying to make ends meet in a tough economy.
