My name is Scott Salsgiver. I live in Rohnert Park, California and currently work at Sonoma State University as a personal trainer. Sonoma State gave me the opportunity to become a trainer in August of 2007 and I have not looked back since. I enjoy my work as a trainer and love working with people to reach their goals. I have been fortunate enough to work with a wide variety of people in my personal training career thus far. Clients have ranged from special populations, sport specific training, designing programs for SSU teams, and the standard get in shape for summer swim suits. I believe when it comes to training and working out the sky is the limit, nothing is impossible. But whether you think you can or you can’t, you are right. Will power means everything to me.
