Hi Everyone, I am an avid fitness enthusiast who specializes in In-Home/Outdoor fitness but have evolved to include a great deal of functional training both inside the gym, and in a free structure environment. I believe that physical training should be a rewarding and fun experience, yet allow individuals to safely push themselves to achieve their fitness goals. I truly believe that inside everyone is a happy and healthy individual, but that some individuals just need a little more assistance than others to reach their fitness ideal.
