I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise and hold a Master's Degree in health studies. I am passionate about helping others find their absolute best life through wellness, whether that is fitness, clean eating, creating a positive mindset, or simply getting more sleep. I am honored to serve as a Wellness Integration & Promotion Specialist for a school-based wellness program, Commit to Be Fit. The Commit to Be Fit (C2BF) Team and I enjoy working with students to share nutrition education in the cafeterias, promoting classroom movement opportunities, and offering FREE fitness & wellness classes for staff and our entire community. Before launching C2BF, I worked for over 10 years as an Assitant General Manager at a fitness facility and served as the Director of the Personal Training Department and the Group Fitness Department.
