About
I am owner and lead trainer of InsideOut Fitness, a progressive fitness company on Chicago's Northshore that offers small-group classes both inside and outside. I design and teach a dynamic and varied cross-training Boot Camp program that specializes in total body fitness, emphasizing core strengthening, cardiovascular, strength and balance training, abdominal conditioning and stretching. I also offer a low-impact Walk STRONG program, perfect for walkers who want to add strength and balance training as well as core conditioning and stretching to their exercise regime. Classes operate out of CrossFit E-Town in Evanston. Weather pending, we train outside at local parks and the lakefront. Classes are offered at 5:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Personal training sessions also can be arranged at your home. Check out our schedule at www.insideoutfit.net.
