Hi my name is Saul Guznay and I have been working as an ACE certified Personal Trainer in New Jersey since February 2008. I have always wanted to help people feel good about themselves and help young athletes develop good exercise habits. I have been involved in athletics in high school and in college. In high school I was a wrestler and in college I was a cross-country and track runner. I take the best of what I have seen and done from those areas along with my schooling and I apply it to my group exercise classes and sessions. I currently have private clients and teach four classes a week. I enjoy running and cross training. As a young trainer in the industry I want to prove to all my peers and my clientele that I can help them achieve the results that they are looking for, all while showing them the benefits of an active, healthy lifestyle.
