Hi. I am Jeffrey Kemmerer, known to most as "Jake." I am excited to be an ACE certified personal trainer. I have been weight training since high school. I spent many years as a professional wrestler on the independent professional wrestling circuit and co-owned a professional wrestling training center. Now, I have used my many years of cardiovascular and weight training experience to guide my studies with ACE to achieve my certification.
