I have twenty-plus years of experience in the medical industry. Also, I have owned a small fitness center where we worked with clientele of ages varying from 12 to 80 years old to which I think most exceeded -or at least achieved- their personal goals. I have coached or assisted in coaching youth basketball, soccer, and softball for fourteen years. I believe that hard work always pays off. I believe in God and pray daily that he grant me vision to see the doors that he opens for me through this world of exercise.
