About
My goal is to inspire you to dance, run, walk, do yoga, swim, lunge, skip, jump, take a fitness class, and feel stronger than you did yesterday. Being a group-fitness instructor for almost 3 years, I have found my passion in motivating others to sweat. My biggest motivator is YOU, the people that show up to my classes everyday and are PUMPED to work way beyond their potential. I am currently working on my Masters in Nursing at DePaul University and I teach fitness classes too! As a student, I have learned to appreciate my fitness career even more because teaching fitness really helps remind me to de-stress when life gets to busy. In me free time, I enjoy designing creative routines that balance challenge and success to engage and motivate each participant at their own fitness level. My passion and enthusiasm for fitness comes through in each and every class. I currently work at the most fun studios: ENRGi Fitness, Fit-girl Studio, and The Ray Myer at DePaul University.
