About
I am the founder of Nature's Own Wisdom, a 501 c3 non-profit organization that focuses of holistic lifestyles. I created the Green Life Series workshops for meditation, sound healing, and energy body work. I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I am a USWFA instructor trainer for water fitness. I have a level one Cross Fit certification and also instruct weight management,Pilates and Yoga. I am a Health Mentor for the Genesee Health System. I instruct HIIT classes for the Hurley Health Fitness Center and corporate fitness for the Hurley Medical Center. I instruct Body PHIT boot camps the University Michigan Flint as well as Drum and Dance workshops the Meditation Self Help Center in Lapeer. I am certified by the National Kidney Foundation to facilitate PATH workshops for special populations challenged with chronic health conditions and also have an Enhanced Fitness certification.I instruct organic gardening with the Edible Flint Co-Op. I am a proud member of the great Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
