I have been involved in Group Fitness for over 22 years. I currently teach at a Health & Fitness Club as well as teaching a Toning class 3 days over the noon hour at my place of employment. On days when I am not teaching - I love to run, bike and spend time with my family. I compete in road races throughout the year and triathlons during the summer months.
