I have recently moved to Pennsylvania, from Ireland, where I have been working in the field of fitness since 2002. After receiving certification by the national body N.C.E.F I have been gained indept experience, ranging from assessing fitness levels, designing individualized exercise programmes, to designing and implementing team fitness plans, eg. for the Wicklow County Hurling Team, bringing them from pre-season through to competition and post season cross training.Currently I am focusing on Group Fitness Training, Personal Training and also Strength and Conditioning Training for specific sports such as field sports and swimming.
