I am from Australia and have been living in new york for 11 years. I have been interested in health, fitness and nutrition for the longest time and am very passionate about making a difference in people's lives. I am currently enrolled in Nutrition and holistic health at the Intergrative Institute of Nutrition, and also have a cooking background. My goal is to teach people how to make small but powerful changes and how to embrace fitness and nutrition in a fun and positive way so as to bring more balance and good energy to their mind, body and life. I am a mother of two, and am in better shape and health now than ever, and I hope to inspire other women that you can have your body back, and feel even better than before.
