I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer that believes in slow and steady training that delivers results. I believe in the intimidated client that doesn't like the gym and needs special TLC, the post-physical therapy candidate looking for the next level of exercise and the unfit client with no direction. I am the trainer for these clients because I believe nothing should stop their health and wellness. Finally, I believe in the success of the low-income client and will work within all budgets because no one should be excluded from health and wellness. My desire is to reach as many people as possible with compassionate, professional personal training!
