After spending most of my adult life as an overweight smoker, I decided to make some major changes. I quit smoking and a few years later I started working on my weight and diet issues but found it difficult to navigate my way through all the information I found on the internet. Eating healthy and exercising have made me feel so great that I want to help others become healthy and happy too!
