I am a Fitness enthusiast and working in the field of Fitness from past 12 years. Sports and Fitness has been a passion for me always. I believe in professional education and knowledge and have cleared exams and received certification from the best regarded certification and training organisation in the field of Fitness and Physical Education. As such I am one of only a handful of people in Delhi who are "ACE Certified Personal Trainer". I have also done "Bachelor of Physical Education" which covers topics like Health Education, Remedial & Corrective Physical Education and Organization & Administration of Physical Education. My knowledge and experience ensure a scientific and planned approach to fitness with my clients. Individual attention, smart goal-setting and frequent monitoring and fine-tuning the exercise program helps me constantly deliver to client’s needs. I believe client-motivation is the key to SUCCESS and the only way to not just reach planned Fitness goals but to go beyond them. It gives me immense pleasure to see someone getting BACK TO LIFE and being Happy, after all the efforts that goes in designing their programs and train them...nothing is more satisfying for me then achieving the Best Health for my clients.
