I started dancing at a young age and due to an injury had to hang up my point shoes and find another interest. I wanted to get into preventive care and conditioning for athletes but found another interest was teaching people the importance of leading an active and healthy lifestyle. I enjoy training all sorts of clients and am up for any challenge.
