Personal trainer - general fitness and conditioning. I'm a personal trainer and MMA fighter with Sweat Shop Gym & MMA in Lakewood, CA. I was inspired to become a personal trainer through my own weight loss journey, having lost 70 lbs over 2 years. In the process I discovered my love of MMA as well as my love of fitness. I've been with the Sweat Shop since it opened, and it's more like family to me than a typical gym. When I'm not in training or helping others step up their fitness, I'm a website programmer. (That's right, I come complete with a secret identity!)
