I obtained my Personal Trainer Certification through ACE and also have an associates degree in Business Management. I am a health nut and love to cook healthy meals and exercise! I have many years of cheerleading and gymnastics coaching and teaching experience and would love to develop programs for such teams! I also am a firm believer in promoting health and wellness throughout a woman's pregnancy and look forward to working with pregnant women and post-natal women.
