I have been passionate about fitness and exercise for many years. Throughout my experience I have learned numerous exercise protocols and ways to make exercise more enjoyable. I have excelled in high school and college sports and hope to have the opportunity to help out athletes. I'm also passionate about helping out people of all ages, especially those who have a hard time understanding exercise. I want to be able to motivate people and help them to become more healthy.
