I am a personal trainer and performance coach in Virginia Beach, VA. I am ACE-certified and Combine360-certified. I played college basketball at Christopher Newport University from 2006-2010. While at CNU, I studied Sociology with a concentration in Criminology. I, also, coach AAU basketball and help with my former high school basketball team. I am passionate about fitness and overall health. I love to have fun while training.
