Always been fit until the birth of my children and felt the pounds piling on after each child, stop working and travelled with my husband work and lived life as an expat wife and 5 years of this life it hit me how large and unfit I had become. Moved to Thailand the land of the size 4 and became depressed at being referred to as XXL joined a gym and met a great trainer and friend who got me interested in martial arts, three years later having lost 22kg I moved to Shanghai and met women like me who had lost their way decided I could help them so I took my ACE instructor course and I am now chanelling my enthusiasm and supporting clients to change as it is never too late
