Hi, I am open to working with people of all fitness levels and enjoy working with both groups and people on a one to one basis. I am currently based in Laois and have full use of a very popular gym in Portlaoise. I am also a qualified Lifeguard so water activities are also an option for all my clients if they wish. I think the most important thing about what I do is that I am passionate about my work and I enjoy being part of my clients fitness experience.
