I have always been interested in health, fitness, and improving one's physical abilities. To further my education I graduated with a B.S. degree in physical education and a corporate/community fitness minor from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I have spent several years in the fitness industry working in a large health club, private personal training studio and currently with a corporate facility while doing in-home training. Through the years I have developed a passion to help our overweight population with getting their lives back. Assisting people with better nutrition choices and workouts that target fat loss has been very rewarding in helping people meet their goals.
