My qualifications and background are as followed: Full-ride volleyball scholarship to Division I university, competitive volleyball and softball player, Adventure Guide, ACE personal training certified, CPR certified, WFR (Wilderness First Responder) certified, and 4 years teaching experience @UPS w/ masters. The Fitness Services I offer are: In-Home, Outdoor, and Sports Specific: volleyball(HS, club, collegiate athletes), softball, baseball * Work-outs can include cardiovascular, strength, plyometrics, balance, flexibility, agility, etc. Rates: FREE consultation! $45 private individual 1hr. session, $25 per person for group (2-5 clients) 1hr. session
