Although I have changed my specific career path and am now on my way to becoming a certified Health and Wellness Coach as well as a Personal Trainer, I have also completed the first year of a Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. Therefore, I completed my Bachelors in Biology and one year of Physical Therapy schooling within four years. This was a valuable experience and has given me a very broad understanding within the health, wellness and fitness fields. I intend to further specialize in disease processes and conditions after completing these certifications in order to best meet the needs of individuals suffering with various problems. I love working with, and helping people to achieve their goals in a safe and healthy manner which they also can enjoy. I hope to one day work with individuals who can really benefit from the knowledge and personal experience that I have to share.
