Kate Nagel is the owner of Empower Health and Fitness. She has a B.S. in Kinesiology from WWU and is an ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist as well as an ACE Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Empower Health and Fitness provides mobile Personal Training and Consulting services. Based out of Tenino, Washington, Kate creates a personalized experience that focuses on you and your goals.
