Elizabeth O'Brien Gorkowski is the owner operator of THE FIT GROUP and a performance enhancement specialist. THE FIT GROUP provides sport specific conditioning,personal training,goal setting education , individual and team mental development and preparation. The Fit Group is also home to M.O.M. FIT an accessible, affordable and innovative fitness program for military spouses. M.O.M. FIT is presented in a supportive TEAM enviornment setting participants up for success on their path to health and wellness. Your M.O.M. FIT team will provide you with motivation, support, friends and social interaction with other children. Elizabeth O'Brien Gorkowski is a former DI collegiate athlete who played soccer and basketball at Hofstra University. Elizabeth holds a certificate in personal training and group fitness from A.C.E. Coaching basketball for over 12 years at U.S.M.A., U of Hawaii and Hofstra University provided Elizabeth the privilege to coach and mentor numerous athletes who continued their playing careers at various levels including National, Olympic, WNBA and All Army Teams. Throughout her career Elizabeth has provided play by play commentary for various media outlets, served as a guest speaker at numerous events and appeared on a weekly coach’s radio show for ESPN 1420 Honolulu. Elizabeth and her husband are the proud parents of three beautiful girls who always listen!
