I graduated from Dartmouth College in June (2009) with a BA in Psychology. While at Dartmouth I was captain of the Varsity Cross Country team and competed in Varsity Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field (specializing in the 800m). I've worked with athletes of all ages and talents in camps and summer running programs and have interacted with individuals of all abilities in the Dartmouth fitness center where I worked for three years throughout college. I enjoy working with athletes, but am also a firm believer that exercise can benefit everyone and would like the opportunity to introduce beginners to exercise. Health and fitness are extremely important and contribute to happiness and confidence. I hope to work to make my clients healthy and happy so they can not only look, but feel great!
