My name is CJ.. but known to many as “Gunz”. I have an extensive background in health and fitness, experience in psychology and behavior change, and a good deal of life experience. I grew up on the east coast, but spent the last ten years in California and Hawaii. Living and working in different settings with all different kinds of people has given me a unique and fresh perspective that I combine with my knowledge and skill set to help others achieve a healthier and happier life. I love combining my passion for outdoor adventure with my passion for fitness to create fun and challenging workout experiences.
