Hi, my name is Damon Trevor and I've been a certified personal trainer with ACE for about 9 years now; Although my experience with and around exercise and training has been practiced all my life. I began watching and mimicking the morning fitness shows on television as a child. I began experimenting with weight training at the age of 11 with my friends everyday after school. I joined my high school swim team in my junior year of high school, and started competing in biathlons and triathlons a short time after graduating high school. I worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor for 7 years teaching all ages before I got into the fitness field. My clientele usually range from 13-85 years old. I have had the opportunity to work with clients with many different health conditions ranging from arthritis to osteoporosis. I try my best to make my schedule flexible to my clients to accommodate them. My outlook on fitness is all about balance and being happy. You need to balance exercise with family, work, and other commitments in life in order to keep you well rounded. Life is not all about exercise, and I believe you should also enjoy life and treat yourself with your favorite foods. Everything is all in moderation.
