Meera Nair is a fitness trainer who has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She received the foundation of her training in Pune (India) and started training people soon after that. She has experience in training people of all ages and all walks of life, each with different health goals and aspirations. Meera is a certified trainer for ACE (Group + Personal Trainer), Zumba (Basic + Gold), AFAA (Group + Personal + Examiner), Yoga (Yvasa) and Pilates. She is also a Singapore PA (Peoples's association) certified Trainer allowing her to train at any PA Community Center. She is also one of only a few certified ACE Instructors in India and Singapore. As safety is a prime aspect of fitness she also holds a valid CPR certificate. She is also a Personal trainer for people who are looking for dedicated support. Through her passion and dedication to fitness Meera started the company MNFitness and Wellness with the aim not only to create greater awareness of fitness but also to make people practice it in their daily lives. Meera’s aim is to make people conscious of their own health and motivate them to be active in this area. She is also very dedicated to create awareness among the current fitness trainers for the need for certification.
