I enjoy challenging people to meet their goals and encourage everyone to give it their best effort. I believe everyone is capable of more than they give themselves credit for, and I feel that showing someone their true potential is the reason I enjoy what I am doing. I want people to become more active, not necessarily just as a way improving how they look, but also as a way to improve their quality of life.
