I graduated with honors from college with a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science. I am certified in A.C.E. CPT (American Council of Exercise Certified Personal Trainer). In college, I wrestled and played baseball. I was also voted the top male athlete at Waubonsee Community College and lead the nation in strike outs. I currently train baseball players, am a college baseball recruiter, and a motivational speaker. I own a training business where I mentor other trainers and train individuals from a wide range of ages and abilities. My clients are doctors, physical therapists, personal trainers, senior citizens, children, and the weekend warrior. I have trained and am currently training professional athletes in MLB, NFL, NCAA, PGA and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
