Professionalism, accountability, motivation, honesty, and dependability are the core values I live and train by. With over 7 years of professional training experience, and a lifetime involvement in sports and fitness, this is my life, not just career, and by no means just a "job". I've grown up exercising since the age of 8, played hockey since the age of 10 (and still do), have held the ACE PT certification for over 6 years, NASM Sports Performance Specialist Certification for over 3 years, current CPR/AED Certifcation and much more. I have trained in-home, for "big-box" gyms, and now the door has opened to where am able to own and operate my own training facility where we put a strong focus on functional, core, and athletic performance training.
