I have been actively involved in sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. At the ripe age of five I started figure skating and haven't slowed down since. Having recently relocated to the most beautiful place in Canada I am taking full advantage of the incredible hiking and mountain biking trails that BC has to offer. My passion for fitness and athletics motivates me to educate others and help them to live the life they have imagined...... and make it reality!!!!!
