My name is Michelle Gifford and I am ACE Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, Certified Health Education Specialist and have my MS in Health Promotion and BS in Kinesiology. I have a few years under my belt as both of those and continue to pursue a career in Wellness. I love the feeling of making a difference in others lives and the gratitude clients express as we continue to make healthy changes in their lives.
