I believe movement is and always should be of our highest value. With proper nutrition, spiritual and intellectual experiences, we need to be challenged, enriched and progressed in all these areas. The external influences that hinder and inhibit this growth can greatly overcome us if we do not focus on our physical, mental, spiritual and social well being. Educating the public on proper mechanics, physical instruction with regards to fitness is my passion and growing up around a father who was an educator and coach instilled this value in me. Every client, customer, member and patient has a potential to improve their physical, mental and spiritual ability and feel I can provide that improvement or I have wasted my opportunity to be a professional of this field.
