As the owner of SOL Fitness and Personal Training I want all of my potential clients to know that there is affordable and individualized programs available for everyone whether a client at my studio or in the privacy of your own home! I have over12 years of experience within the fitness industry and I have been blessed with 21 years of continually experiencing all that is available in health and fitness so that I can offer fitness options for all ages and abilities AND I can guarantee I WILL do my best to make it FUN!
