I'm a results oriented trainer experienced with clients who have limitations as well as goals. I've been training since I was 17 with my own body and dropped from an unhealthy 30% body fat to an athletic 13%. I train in gyms, homes, out doors, or where ever else you want to move. I teach STOTT Pilates both on the Reformer or the mat. Everyone I've worked with has gotten results. I don't waste peoples time with needless exercises. If you develop control over your body there are no limits to how far the doors of your life can open.
