My name is Shirley and I have been very active all my life. After staying home with my 4 children and doing daycare for 13 years I finally was able to fulfill my true passion, becoming a Personal Trainer. I have been a trainer for almost 4 years and have enjoyed every bit of it. My training philosophy is to give each individual the knowledge to eat healthier, train harder and understand what they are doing when it comes to cardio and strength training.
