I have been a professional in the fitness field since 1977, working with men, women, children and athletes in large full facility athletic clubs, small gyms, in their home, and now in my private studio. I have a very well equipped private studio in my home in southeast Aurora, where I design programs specifically for each client. I have clients, families, and groups who train with me from once every two weeks to three times every week. Being a Baby Boomer myself, I relate very well to other boomers and older adults. I understand the problems that we all acquire as we age. Because I am still very fit and athletic, I also relate to younger clients and athletes who are looking to elevate their fitness, strength and agility to higher levels.
