My focus is on functional strength training. I incorporate the stability ball, free weights and our own body weight to train the core, challenge balance and build strength, power and flexibility. Fitness can be fun and you can surprise yourself with how strong you really already are, but you do need to make a commitment and stick with it. Once you do that, all the rest will fall into place.
