Graduated with a BS from SVSU - Michigan in Marketing and Computer Science, played basketball and softball while attending college. I have two daughters and am very active in the sports that they are playing year round. Over the last 7 + years as a certified trainer, I have developed many individual programs focusing on total body workout (flexibility, strength, stability) resulting in muscle definition and weight loss. I also have developed an off season golf and tennis program which focuses on building core muscles that are specific to the game. My goal is to meet the varying needs of my clients. My philosophy is to have FUN training, working on proper form and motivation to acheive and maintain results for a healthy long term life style.
